Community Announcements!
A reminder to all pet owners
In York County, dogs and cats are required to get a yearly rabies vaccine. Dogs and cats must be fenced in, kept on a leash or under the control of their owners at all times when outside. It is also illegal for animals to stray onto other private property without the property owner's consent.
Parking Regulations in our community
No overnight on street parking is allowed in Palmetto Plantation.
No parking is permitted in yards and on lawns.
Please leave space and do not block fire hydrants.
Be aware that parking regulations are important and are to be adhered to in event emergency vehicles are needed in our community.
Fire Safety and Prevention
Riverview Fire Department reminds residents to check their smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide detectors regularly.
If any resident would like a free fire safety inspection of your detectors. Please contact Fire Chief Hord @ Riverview Fire Dept.
